Passport to Prizes (optional)
Attendees are eligible to play and win prizes when they visit all participating booths, giving Exhibitors an opportunity to show their products and services. Exhibitors then apply a company stamp or sticker in a Player's passport. Players who collect the stamps of all participating exhibitors may submit their passports to the Exhibitor Coordinator, who will draw submissions to win products and services donated by participating Exhibitors.
Exhibitors who wish to participate must sign up by September 30 so that your company name will be included in the printed passport. Participation requires the donation of an item or group of items valuing at least $30. Kindly bring a stamp or sticker that identifies your company or organization as distinct from other exhibitors.

Exhibitor set-up: Thursday 10/26: 2:00-5:00 pm
Exhibitor conference hours: Fri 10/27 & Sat 10/28: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Registration Instructions
Advertisers, Exhibitors, and Sponsors: At Conference Registration, you will be asked to enter your email address, name, and contact information, as well as the names of exhibitor personnel, as appropriate. Next you will make your choice of Advertiser, Exhibitor, or Sponsor package. When you select one of these options, an additional menu of items relevant to your package will appear. You may select as many packages as you desire. Finally, you'll pay with a credit card or by e-check.
