*Hotel Verification Rebate

All registrants are eligible for a registration rebate with proof of a 3-night stay in one of the convention hotels.

• $100 rebate per room when hotel is booked by May 31
• $75 rebate per room when hotel is booked by July 31
• $60 rebate per room when hotel is booked by September 15
  

The rebate will be issued after a registrant submits a hotel invoice verifying a 3-night stay. Rebate form

Professional Development Discount for Members

The CATESOL Educational Foundation will provide $50 each to CATESOL members who register as Super Early Birds. First come, first served!

• The first 50 Members and the first 10 Student Members are eligible for this discount.
• Complete your registration by May 31.

Need funding, permission, or justification to attend the CATESOL conference?

As an English language professional, you value attending the CATESOL Conference. In the current economy, however, many school districts, state and local governments, and other organizations have tightened travel and education budgets.

If you need permission to be absent from your class(es) or seek financial support from your employer to attend the CATESOL Conference in person, you will likely have to justify your attendance. To help you, CATESOL has prepared resources for you in our S.O.S. section.
