Book your hotel early, and CATESOL will send you a rebate!

Take advantage of our early booking rebate. All registrants are eligible for a registration rebate with proof of a 3-night stay in one of these three convention hotels: Hilton, Sheraton, or Westin.

  • $100 rebate per room when hotel is booked by May 31.
  • $75 rebate per room when hotel is booked by July 31.
  • $60 rebate per room when hotel is booked by September 15.

CATESOL will issue a rebate after a registrant submits a hotel invoice verifying a 3-night stay using this Rebate Form.

Note: Rebates do not apply for a 2-night or 1-night stay.
