Advertisers, Exhibitors, and Sponsors: At Conference Registration, you will be asked to enter your email address, name, and contact information. Next you will make your choice of Advertiser, Exhibitor, or Sponsor package. When you select one of these options, an additional menu of items relevant to your package will appear at the bottom of the page. Finally, you'll pay with a credit card, or if need be, by e-check or check/money order, or print an invoice for billing. Thank you for supporting CATESOL!

Exhibitors

Standard Exhibitor Package: $600 *

• One 10' by 10' booth with back and side drapes for 2 days (Friday & Saturday)
• Skirted table, two chairs, wastebasket 
• One organization identification sign 
• Two badges for booth personnel 
  • Additional badges for booth personnel and presenters: $100 each (order when registering)
• One exhibitor presentation session (45 minutes) if submitted by September 1

Double-booth Exhibitor Package: $1,100 *

• Two adjacent 10' by 10' booths with back and side drapes for 2 days (Friday & Saturday)
• Two skirted tables, four chairs, wastebasket 
• One organization identification sign 
• Four badges for booth personnel 
  • Additional badges for booth personnel and presenters: $100 each (order when registering)
• Two exhibitor presentation sessions (45 minutes) if submitted by September 1

Passport to Prizes (optional)

Attendees are eligible to play and win prizes when they visit all participating booths, giving Exhibitors an opportunity to show their products and services. Exhibitors then apply a company stamp or sticker in a Player's passport. Players who collect the stamps of all participating exhibitors may submit their passports to the Exhibit Chairs, who will draw submissions to win products and services donated by participating Exhibitors.

Exhibitors who wish to participate must sign up by September 1 so that your company name will be included in the printed passport. Kindly bring a stamp or sticker that identifies your company or organization.

• Exhibitor conference hours: Fri 9/30 & Sat 10/1: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
