Speaker Onboarding Sessions

The Onboarding Team is here to help you (re)familiarize you with our conference platform, InEvent, and all of the features you'll have to conduct your presentation as a speaker or exhibitor. Sessions will be offered every day from Monday, April 26th to Sunday, May 2nd.

Speaker Profile and Presentation Information

Read below for directions on how to prepare your speaker (presenter) profile and upload documents for attendees to access. Any questions can be sent to spring21@catesol.org

Step One: Register

If you have not done so, make sure to register at a presenter‘s rate by April 30th. Otherwise, you will not be listed in the E-Program booklet as a presenter. For your convenience, here is the registration link: CATESOL spring Virtual Conference 2021.

Step Two: Submit Your Photo

To have your photo appear next to your name and presentation information, please submit a photo to the conference team ASAP and no later than April 30th. See size, format, file name and submission location below. If we do not receive your photo b the due date, there will be no photo attached to your presentation session on the platform.

  • Desired Size: 750x750 (px by px)
  • Possible Formats: "jpeg", "jpg", "png"
  • File Name: yourlastname_yourfirstname (ex: wald_margi.jpg)
  • Submission Location (Remember(re)name your file): CATESOL 2021 Spring Speaker Photos Folder

Step Three: Submit Files (optional)

To have a file associated with your talk for download by attendees, please upload files directly to the conference platform. 

  • Desired Formats: "pdf" and "jpg" 
  • Please include CATESOL21 spring in your file name.
  • To add files, go to your virtual presentation room and click on the "Upload a file" button on the bottom right. Attendees can download files at any time, and your roo host will be able to share files with participants while the activity is live.
