Exhibitor Hours
- Exhibitor set-up is Thursday 11/14 from 2pm–5pm
- Exhibitor conference hours on Fri 11/15 are from 7:45am–4:15pm
- Exhibitor conference hours on Sat 11/16 are from 7:45am–4pm
- Exhibitor breakdown is Sat 11/16 from 4pm–7pm

Registration Packages
Exhibitors
Basic Exhibitor Package*: $450
- One skirted table, two chairs, wastebasket for 2 days (Friday & Saturday)
- One organization identification sign
- Two badges for booth personnel (Additional badges for booth personnel/presenters: $100 each)
- 2x continental breakfast and 2x lunch tickets each day (Friday & Saturday)
- One exhibitor presentation session (30 minutes) if submitted before 8:59pm PT September 30
- Optional participation in Passport to Prizes if request submitted before 8:59pm PT September 30
- Please note that some tables will be located on a covered outdoor deck adjacent to the plenary speaker ballrooms. In the event of cooler weather, patio heaters will be situated throughout the outdoor space.

- One 8' x 8' booth with back and side drapes for 2 days (Friday & Saturday)

Package descriptions are the same except without Presentation, free ad, and participation in Passport to Prizes.Passport to Prizes (optional)
Attendees are eligible to play and win prizes when they visit all participating booths, giving Exhibitors an opportunity to show their products and services. Exhibitors then apply a company stamp or sticker in a Player's passport. Players who collect the stamps of all participating exhibitors may submit their passports to the Exhibitor Coordinator, who will draw submissions to win products and services donated by participating Exhibitors.
Exhibitors who wish to participate must sign up by October 15 so that your company name will be included in the printed passport. Participation requires the donation of an item or group of items valuing at least $30. Kindly bring a stamp or sticker that identifies your company or organization as distinct from other exhibitors.

Digital Conference Program
- Your Company’s Full-page Ad in the Digital Program: $175
- Your Company’s Half-page Ad in the Digital Program: $100
Conference Bag Insert
- Your Company Catalog will be inserted into conference bags: $400
- Your Company Full-page Flier (8.5" x 11") will be inserted into conference bags: $200
- Your Company Durable Item (stylus pen, post-it, phone stand) will be inserted into conference bags: $100
Registration Instructions
Advertisers, Exhibitors, and Sponsors:
At Conference Registration, you will be asked to enter your email address, name, and contact information, as well as the names of exhibitor personnel, as appropriate. Next you will make your choice of Advertiser, Exhibitor, or Sponsor package. When you select one of these options, an additional menu of items relevant to your package will appear. You may select as many packages as you desire. Finally, you'll pay with a credit card or by e-check.
Note to Exhibitors:
Exhibitors, before beginning the registration process, please be ready with the names , email addresses and phone numbers of all booth personnel .
