CATESOL has written eleven position papers to address issues of concern to ESL professionals. These papers have been used as references for discussion, support for legislation, and guidelines for program development. CATESOL encourages you to make use of these position papers in your local districts. If you are from out-of-state, CATESOL encourages you to adapt these papers to suit your circumstances.
