October 9, 2011 by midnight. After this deadline, you will have to
register on-site.
If you miss the
pre-registration deadline, you can help facilitate your on-site
registration process on the day of the conference by downloading the
on-site registration form, filling it out and bringing
it with you to the registration desk.
Note: This year,
you may pay for the conference with cash, credit card or check.

Lunch:
This
year, our boxed lunches will feature a large gourmet sandwich, two
delicious side salads and water. The cost per lunch is $12.00. A
limited number of lunches will be available for purchase on the day
of the conference.
Here are the
choices:
Option 1:
Vegetarian Sandwich on
squaw 6” roll with provolone and American cheese. Sides are tomato &
cucumber salad and potato salad. Also includes avocado slices, and
alfalfa sprouts.
Option 2: Roast
Beef Sandwich on
wheat 6” roll with smoked cheddar cheese. Sides are garden salad and
pasta salad.
Option 3: Ham &
Turkey Sandwich on
sourdough sliced bread with provolone cheese. Sides are macaroni
salad and garden salad.
Note: All
sandwiches include lettuce, tomato slices, red onion, pickles,
pepperchinis, olives, cucumber, and bell peppers. Mayonnaise,
mustard, salt, and pepper packets will be on the side. |
