Message from the President:
Networking and professional development is a big part of CATESOL. We welcome you to discover all that CATESOL offers. Having been a member of CATESOL since I moved to California back in 1983 after having taught in China for two years, I have grown to know so many ESL colleagues in Orange County, Los Angeles County, and now across California and Nevada. My confidence as a teacher blossomed into leadership and administration. It's a very rewarding experience to be part of such an energetic organization.
Welcome to our new and renewing members. Discover all we have to offer on our website. Look for upcoming regional conferences and chapter workshops in your area. Join one of new webinars and let us know what topics you'd like to hear about.
Our CATESOL News is going green. We are making the move to online only version of our quarterly newsletter. It's still full of all the lesson plans, articles and announcements, plus color photos! Look for your password to access the new edition in your email. It's coming out soon - just in time for the beginning of fall.
Thank you for supporting CATESOL!
Sincerely,
Margaret Teske
