Standard Exhibitor Package: $600
- One 8' x 10' booth with back and side drapes for 2 days (Friday & Saturday)
- One skirted table, two chairs, wastebasket and one organization identification sign
- Electricity included
- 2x continental breakfast and 2x lunch tickets each day (Friday & Saturday)
- Your company logo displayed on the mobile app and at the start of plenaries
- Two badges for booth personnel (Additional badges for booth personnel/presenters: $100 each)
- One exhibitor presentation session (45 minutes) if submitted before 11:59pm PT October 1
- Optional participation in Passport to Prizes if request submitted before 11:59pm PT October 15.

Exhibitor Late Registration
Package descriptions are the same except presentations and participation in Passport to Prizes are based on availability.
Passport to Prizes (optional)
Attendees are eligible to play and win prizes when they visit all participating booths, giving Exhibitors an opportunity to show their products and services. Exhibitors then apply a company stamp or sticker in a Player's passport. Players who collect the stamps of all participating exhibitors may submit their passports to the Exhibitor Coordinator, who will draw submissions to win products and services donated by participating Exhibitors.
Exhibitors who wish to participate must sign up by October 15, 2026, so that your company name will be included in the printed passport.
Participation requires the donation of an item or group of items valuing at least $30. Kindly bring a stamp or sticker that identifies your company or organization as distinct from other exhibitors.

Registration Instructions
- Before beginning the registration process, please be ready with
- the names, email addresses, and phone numbers of all booth personnel
- a high-resolution logo image (.eps, .ai; jpg -- 300 dpi)
- At Conference Registration, you will be asked to enter your email address, name, and contact information, as well as the names of exhibitor personnel, as appropriate.
- Next you will make your choice of a Sponsor, Exhibitor, or Advertiser (not attending) package.
- When you select one of these options, an additional menu of items relevant to your package will appear. You may select as many packages as you desire.
- Finally, you'll pay with a credit card or by e-check.

- Exhibitor conference hours: Fri 11/15 and Sat 11/16 from 9am–4:30pm
- Exhibitor breakdown: Sat 11/16 from 4:30pm–6:30pm
